  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and wallet credentials. MNS does not store or recover private keys, and any loss of access to your wallet may result in the permanent loss of domain ownership.
  • Domain names registered via MNS are recorded on a blockchain and cannot be altered or removed by MNS.
  • Users are prohibited from registering domain names that infringe upon trademarks, intellectual property rights, or any illegal or offensive content.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Certain services on MNS may require payment, including domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees.
  • Payments are conducted via cryptocurrencies, and MNS does not provide refunds for transactions.
  • Users are responsible for any gas fees associated with blockchain transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

  • MNS does not claim ownership of domain names registered by users but reserves the right to take necessary action if a registered domain violates our policies or applicable laws.
